Just down the road in Lyttelton, Eruption is a small, locally owned brewery, bar, restaurant and fillery. They make authentic handcrafted beers using only the best New Zealand ingredients. The micro-brewery on London Street was once the BNZ Bank, destroyed in the 2011 earthquake. The original bank safe is now the beer chiller! Pop over to Lyttelton and enjoy great service and great beer in a unique venue.

Lots of yummy craft beers to try, over three levels. Sit outside on the street terrace, the balcony or rooftop on sunny days or stay cosy inside when it's chilly. Delicious bar snacks and ok for kids too.
