Nanaimo's premier cheese shop and specialty foods store. If you like cheese this is the place to go. In-house deli, on-site baking and fresh soup daily. Go for lunch or stock your import rations.

A local secret lunch spot for fantastic deli sandwiches, soups and specialty items. They've got over 150 specialties of cheese, plus truffle oils, aiolis, vinegars, chutneys, etc. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Lovely gourmet deli, with excellent selection of nibblies for picnics or wine pairing. A 2 block walk.
