South Berwick Strawberry Festival is held here always on the last Saturday in June. (this year, June 24th, 2017 rain or shine.) Lots of vendors showing off their wares and crafts for sale. Down in back of the school is the fun place for kids. Along with the barbecues and food vendors. On the front lawn is the big tent filled with volunteers dishing up yummy fresh strawberry shortcake with whipped cream, or cheese cake with strawberries. If you're an Airbnb guest at the time and want to go, you can either walk the mile from here or I will drive you down and pick you up when you're ready to come back.
