This store is 14 minutes from the cottage. It is undergoing some interior renovations, but where to find items that have been moved or what you're looking for are clearly marked on the end of every aisle. They are now including the organics in with other items on the shelves where they use to have a section unto itself.
12 minutes In the other direction is another Hannaford grocery store up Route 4 in North Berwick, Me. It's a little smaller but they are less crowded and it's more of a straight shot up the road.

It is undergoing some interior renovations, but where to find items that have been moved or what you're looking for are clearly marked on the end of every aisle. They are now including the organics in with other items on the shelves where they use to have a section unto itself.

Get there early around 5:30/6:00 to have something to eat upstairs in the dining/bar area and then from 7-9:00 pm downstairs is where the fun begins for Paint Night with a local artist bringing you through step by step to paint on your own canvas and let your inner artist shine!

Lots of vendors showing off their wares and crafts for sale.
Down in back of the school is the fun place for kids. Along with the barbecues and food vendors.
On the front lawn is the big tent filled with volunteers dishing up yummy fresh strawberry shortcake with whipped cream, or cheese cake with strawberries.
If you're an Airbnb guest at the time and want to go, you can either walk the mile from here or I will drive you down and pick you up when you're ready to come back.
