Delicado’s is a Nanaimo staple. The original is downtown and a second location is across from Woodgrove Mall. Fresh Mexican inspired food made fast. We recommend grabbing a wrap with side salad and heading to Piper’s Lagoon. Burritos are delicious too.
A quaint little place located in the old city quarter. I recommend the Burrito el Grande! Delicious salads as well.
It's close-by; great for take-away or eat-in; suitable for light snack or hearty meal.

“Another method of travel to Victoria, Vancouver, Torino etc... vs using the bc ferries to avoid ferry line ups and longer travel times”

“This Pub is Canada's only floating pub - you have to take the Dinghy Dock Ferry from Nanaimo Harbour across to the Pub on Protection Island (10 minute trip) and enjoy a meal and then take the ferry back home. Check when it opens in the Spring - mid March. You need to have cash to pay for the ferry. Check out the prices on the Dinghy Dock Pub website. 30 minute walk to downtown from Century Kee. ”
