Visiting Aalborg, and wanting to walk on a glass floor, opted to visit the Salling Rooftop Aalborg. Nice rooftop terrace - though hard to find your way through the shop below! Free to visit. Cafe on the top deck was closed, but the one on the lower terrace was open, near the toilets. Excellent views across Aalborg and beyond.

Salling Rooftop is a cafe and terrace on top of the building in two levels with a really good 360 degree view over the city and fjord. On the first level there is a decent, although a bit pricy cafe, but it's not necessary to buy anything. Remember to head off to the second platform that's even higher than the cafe. The rooftop is inside the department store Salling, so just head inside and find the signs leading to the rooftop.
