My absolute favorite park to visit in Wichita is the Sedgwick County Park because of how big and full of nature and wildlife it holds. The park offers many facilities like BBQ grills, basketball courts, bike trails, fishing, softball fields, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and so much more! It's open from 6am to 10pm 365 days a year.

The largest park in Wichita with lots of walking trails and room for recreation, sports, and fishing. Shelter rentals are available. Farmers Market is right next door each Saturday during the Spring and Summer at the Sedgwick County Extension Office!

This is a nice park not to far from the cottage. Many guests tike to go there for the running trails. Free
