Beautiful natural lake with a replica iron age "Crannog". Lovely for walks particularly if you go to the Llangasty Church side of the lake. There is a cafe by the lake and a couple of pubs in the village

Llangorse Lake is the largest natural lake in South Wales and is renowned for its Pike Fishing. At Llangorse Lake you can hire rowing and fishing boats on the lake, they also hire kayaks, Canadian canoes, pedaloes and sailing dinghies. We have launching and mooring facilities for boat owners whether your interests lie in water skiing, sailing or windsurfing. Stunning lake within just south of Brecon worth a visit anytime of year to feed the wildlife take a walk or even a hire a row boat and take a trip out.Take a picnic.
