A super stylish, recently renovated boutique hotel in Grindelwald with a spectacular restaurant. Simply the best dining experience in the area, with breath-taking Eiger views to boot!

Soul food with a pinch of imagination and local sourcing. Inspired by the love for exquisite ingredients. We created a menu with produce grown in our own gardens or sourced as locally as possible. Almost all our dishes start with homemade base-products and are adapted to the seasons. Several dishes include preparation steps like fermentation, smoking or dry-ageing. These processes take often more than a month and only then the kitchen team can start their magic.

The Boutique Hotel Glacier, newly opened and tastefully decorated, offers a fine dining restaurant but at reasonable prices, with a terrace, bar and lounge with views of the Eiger. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station, off the main street heading down the road from coop (www.hotel-glacier.ch/restaurant/)
