ITA - Lo storico Caffè Centrale nasce nel 1861 nel cuore di Ceglie Messapica in provincia di Brindisi, rappresenta l'attività di bar, gelateria e pasticceria, custodendo la ricetta del famoso "biscotto cegliese" nato e perfezionato nello stesso locale molti anni addietro.. Negli anni la pasticceria si è affermata per la vasta scelta di prodotti di pasta di mandorla , l'invenzione dello spumone al biscotto cegliese e dell'antico rosolio "gioia mia". ENG - The historic Caffè Centrale was born in 1861 in the heart of Ceglie Messapica in the province of Brindisi, it represents the activity of bar, ice cream parlor and pastry shop, preserving the recipe of the famous "Cegliese biscuit" born and perfected in the same place many years ago. Over the years the pastry shop has established itself for the vast choice of almond paste products, the invention of the spumone with Cegliese biscuit and the ancient "gioia mia" rosolio.
