The Dower House of Kilkenny Castle & a member of Irelands Blue Book, Butler House is a charming quiet oasis in the centre of Kilkenny, serving amongst many other things, a fabulous afternoon tea. Beautiful gardens perfect for taking the weight off after a busy day sightseeing.

Beautiful building and gardens, formerly the residence of the Butler family after they left Kilkenny Castle. You might even see some art exhibitions or purchase some Made In Kilkenny gifts while you're there. Then follow the gardens down to the Kilkenny design centre for more Irish treasures to tempt you.
