Wonderful yoga studio, they offer mat rentals and drop-ins (including new students). Try the all-levels classes or gentle yoga. They even have a happy hour yoga class on Fridays for $5.

If you're looking for an express yoga session, Sol Yoga generally has hour long mid day classes for $10.
