Not your typical IPA brewery. Serves more saison style, wine, cider and often has delicious rotating food caterers posted there.

Some of the best brews in the Beermuda Triangle. Very bubbly and effervescent, almost like champagne. Sophisticated and not very beer like. More like elixirs and I love them.

A very different palate than the IPA scene. Fair Isle focuses on saisons/farmhouse/sours. Located within the Ballard brewery blocks (meaning there are 10 other breweries immediately surrounding this spot).

This brewery specializes in small-batch farmhouse style brews plus guest chef nights. Taproom is a woodsy NW space. They use local and seasonal ingredients in such creations as tart Saisons and American Wild Ales.
