Red State Barbecue is one of those roadside spots that is easy to drive past. It's on the way toward Georgetown Kentucky on Hwy 25. Oh yeah, I do go out of my way to eat there. It is like stepping back into the 50's and let me recommend the ribs, no the brisket, no the... well, you get the idea.
