Park Bench Cafe

This is the kind of place where you feel bad if you don't have a dog. Set right in Huntington Beach’s Central Park, it has shaded tables on the grass surrounded by greenery. Not only are there water bowls for dogs, there’s a whole menu for them, with peanut butter snacks, Rover Easy scrambled eggs, and Hot Diggity Dogs, a plate of cut-up hot dogs. You can take your dogs on a walk through Central Park right from your table, but a lot of people head over to Huntington Dog Beach, which is one of the rare off-leash beaches in the LA area. People make the trip down to Orange County just to frolic on the mile-and-a-half-long strip of sand.
