This is the most authentic and fun taverna There is no sign so you have to really seek it out. Double wood doors lead to a rustic cellar lined up with wine barrels.The restaurant has 130 years history and an owner of the restaurant works under his father since 1957. The owner, will serve you whatever he decides you need, you don´t come to select from a menu here, it ´s as if you dropped by an old friend and have for lunch whatever there is (if you kindly ask for it and show enthusiasm, maybe he can do you the favor to select a dish or two).

A fantastic underground restaurant, run by an old guy and his son. They sit you down and you get whatever they have, so good and cheap! Must visit in your time here.
