Fresh and Aged Goat and Cow’s Milk Cheese in the Dundee Hills Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country, Briar Rose Creamery creates handcrafted fresh and aged goat cheeses, aged cow’s milk cheeses, and award-winning chocolate goat cheese truffles. We nurture each small batch to achieve the best flavor and texture, highlighting the seasonal qualities of our cheeses. Look for our cheeses at restaurants around the Willamette Valley, Portland and beyond. You can also visit our creamery and buy cheese where it’s made! We’re open to the public every Friday and Saturday from Noon – 5pm or by appointment during the week.

Wonderful different artisan cheeses. Only open to the public on Fri and Sat 12-5, but their products can be purchased at other local shops.
