There may be one in Brooklyn now, but it all started here in Omaha. An upscale vegan restaurant with some mind-blowing plates. Just ask Ariana Grande and Mac Miller (your close friends) and they will tell you, "you have to eat here." Try the Mac and 'Shews or really anything on the menu.

For the vegans (and non vegans) of this world, Modern Love is a must. I would recommend the Mac and Cheese (made with cashew milk), the cheeseburger or the curry.
