Noel's Gallery is reinvented gallery space and cafe. The lightened interior and the spaces are full of paintings and jewelry; many from local artists. The paintings and giftware are a treat. Added to that, the deck is still one of the more sublime experiences in Red Hill; lovely relaxing views and the enjoyment of a snack and refreshments.
