Small department store with most all of your essentials & clothing needs.

Has good sales on clothing and a small amount of groceries if you're needing something in a pinch. It's like a big store but smaller. The same inventory with less of it, narrower isles.

If you forgot something at home this is where you'll most likely find what you need slightly cheaper than the grocery store.
