A cultural center where you can have a coffee and do some laptop work (free wifi), there is also a rooftop area to enjoy a drink at. Just check times, as it is closed and/or has special events frequently.

It's a place were you can find contemporary art exhibitions, interesting concerts, workshops about almost anything, a library, a nice garden with a beautiful view on the top...
