Warum Einheimische es empfehlen

Three years ago, Nathaniel Doboin and Thomas Teffri-Chambellan opened this gluten-free bakery that has its own mill. They make flour out of rice, buckwheat, chickpea, sorghum, and millet. And you can choose white, brown, or whole grain for any of them. I love their five-grain breads and their Chambellines pastries.

Eating your way through the best boulangeries in Paris is a natural part of any trip, but it’s only recently that the city has started to become a more welcoming place for its gluten-free visitors. Chambelland has been leading the charge and its perfectly airy breads, savory sandwiches, and delicate pastries rival any traditional bakery options.

Pleasure and well-being are the two concepts that shape everything at Boulangerie Chambelland. Each little detail tastes, looks, and feels wonderful, from the bread to the tarts to the space itself. Best of all? This new Parisian bakery is 100% gluten-free.
