A beautiful small restaurant, amazing food and service. Great for a romantic dinner that wont cost you an arm and a leg.

We certainly visited “better” restaurants in NYC but Balthazar delivers what it promises in traditional French food. My partner had the duck confit and he said it was amazing. I ordered the steak frites- to be honest I have had better steak but their steak tartare however- is second to none. Ah-mazing. We would return just for that. The service is very good and a nice atmosphere.
