Funk Zone. Voted best Happy Hour in Santa Barbara, plus delicious seafood and oyster bar. Own parking lot. Also try The Hungry Cat for seafood and an awesome happy hour (1134 Chapala,10 minute walk)

Good high quality sea food. Fresh daily with a hip younger vibe and a fully stocked bar. If you want to enjoy the younger crow sit in the bar area otherwise try the restaurant.
