Beautiful little "green lung" just off the main road perfect for hiking and exploring. Great place to have a picnic too. A very special place and permits can be bought at the Wayside Inn for a very reasonable amount

The reserves boasts 8600 plant species; 90 species of bird had been sighted and you can research small mammals, reptiles and amphibians found in the Reserve like small buck, porcupine, mongoose, spotted genet, and a breeding colony francolin.

Natural indigenous Reserve. Take a picnic and hike, walk to the top and the views of Knysna are amazing. Great for a outing. About a half and hour walk to the top.

Beautiful walks, tranquillity peaceful surroundings. Book for walks in the park on full moon evenings most enjoyable.
