It's out of downtown but if you want try the real "Bistecca Fiorentina" this is the place. Tell Paolo your are Thomas' Friends and you will have a super service. They are open for lunch and only Friday for dinner.

Recommended by the Michelin guide on the best restaurants in Florence, Da Burde is a gem that serves inexpensive Tuscan cuisine in an environment with a refined flavor. Tomato soup is a must.

Segnalato dalla guida Michelin, da Burde è davvero un locale da gustare e assolutamente da provare. La cucina è il massimo della cucina Toscana. I piatti sono i classici, dalla pappa al pomodoro al caciucco.
