You like pancakes? Who doesn't. This place over looks the ocean, is good on the wallet and has a relaxed atmosphere. You've gotta do it.

Outside and views of ocean. Self service. Reasonable. Burgers, fries, beer, coffee, etc. great for kids as play structure and beach in front.
