A few groceries, pharmacy, the usual. Only game in town if you don't have a car. There are 3 large nicer pharmacies on Fairview Ave all next to each other: CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid

Chain Pharmacy, convenience store, etc.. Conveniently located on Rte 32/212 just near the Exit from NY State Thruway/Rte 87

They are technically Greenport. On Fairview Ave, there are a series of small strip malls. They are not open 24 hours
