The largest hospital in the U.S. for psychiatric patients recently closed permanently in 2010, it has a unique history. No longer open to the public but sounds on the property can be heard.

This is the site of the old psychiatric hospital of Georgia. Much like a ghost town now since most of the hospital is closed down. Parts of the old hospital are being rehabbed and used for other things now.
