It is the highest mountain in the caribbean! See if you are up to the challenge of climbining it in 2 nights and 3 days. there are 2 tour groups that offer guides/mules/food/house- complete package.

Antillas/ Caribbean highest mountain! Only for experience adventurers. Also, there is a Valley called Teteros that groups go for mountain hicking.

Pico Duarte is the highest mountain in the Caribbean. It is 3,087 meters above sea level. Trails to reach Pico Duarte: You have a few routes available to climb Pico Duarte and it usually takes two to three travel days to reach the top. Most tours depart from Jarabacoa.
