Restaurant Fang is a must when it comes to their award-winning cheese fondue, but don't forget to try the Rösti and the Käseschnitte. Fang can be reached by ski, as it is along the piste just below the middle station of the ski lifts, but you can also drive up here for dinner (make sure to have 4-wheel drive in the snowy winter).
