Call them for a pick up and drop off around any beachside bar. Cheaper than Uber! Just give them a few dollars and leave your car at home!

What a great way to get around. You need to download the ap. But, it's a perfect way to get from one side of town to the other. Or just have them take you on a tour of the back streets in Neptune Beach.
