I recommend the Starbucks that has it's own entrance outside Fred Meyer. The Starbucks located inside Fred Meyer is new and doesn't create the same quality of beverages.

Because Starbucks is Starbucks - an established international coffee-chain. In general, you know what to expect, that is, fair consistency when you want or need it. To some, it's the bee's knees. To others, not so much.
