Ode is also a wonderful dining experience and do test kitchen nights every Tuesday, where guests are served a five-course meal and asked to provide feedback to help the chefs design the menu for the coming week.

Local produce and Lucas the chef is great for banter. Tuesday is often taste test kitchen and there are 3 courses for $55. Check out their FB for the most current offers. Check ahead if it is open, they have recently had a fire that gutted the place but Lucas is rebuilding.

NOTE August 18: Ode has recently had a fire in the kitchen and the restaurant is currently closed whilst renovations are being undertaken. They are hoping to open again once all the repairs have been sorted. Excellent organic and local cuisine. Choose between 3, 8 or 13 courses - then you are at the chefs mercy. Fear not the food, wine and service are fantastic.

Our absolute favourite restaurant in town. It is expensive, so we do not go often , but every time we do go we talk about it all week! Only open for dinner. There are no menus it is chef's choice. Local, organic, exquisite. The portions are light so do not go absolutely starving. Or order the 'i'm still hungry chicken burger' at the end of the meal.
