This is one of Jim Thorpe’s newest restaurants. It’s a renovated former firehouse with really nice decor and a great bar selection. It’s New American: sandwiches, mac and cheese, chili, and a couple salads with an eye on unique and fresh ingredients The food is classy, flavorful and creative and not overpriced.
