Let's face it...Coffee is personal! For The Hostess, it's a big deal EVERY morning. It needs to be made for me by someone else (I have a big family). It needs to be large, strong and at 62 degrees precisely! We have many fabulous coffee spots in this area, but if I am to recommend one that hits all the spots, it's Sarmic. The Chef there is pedantic about his food. He cooks everything onsite. The coffee is fab. The feel of the place is industrial, there is a courtyard out the back that no one actually knows about but locals. there is plenty of street parking and located about 1km away. This place is absolutely worth a visit. Absolutely delicious food with a menu that changes regularly. Also homemade jams and sauces for purchase. Open for breakfast and lunch.
