This restaurant is located in the original home of the founding family of Squaw Valley, the Poulsen family.

This is a hidden gem in Squaw Valley. It was originally the Poulsen Family's (original developers) first cabin in Squaw Valley which was later sold to Graham who is still there to greet you and will uncannily remember your name for years to come. It is pricey but worth every penny. Great locals scene at the bar.
