Beautiful nature reserve where you can walk around seeing birds, swans, cows, goats, etc Tip: Take a 1.5 hour time-out from your hectic life and enjoy a walk around its biggest lake Rosenkällasjön. Cross hills, bridges and viewing points and end your day with a home-prepared meal at one of the barbecue spots Tip: Don't miss out the creepy part of dark trees growing out of the water which might remind you of Mordor from the Lord of the Rings saga ;)

If you want to go out and take fresh air in a calm area, go to Tinnerö and see if you can find the cows!

A really big area, famous for its many old oaks, and classed as a nature reserve, but easy to reach from the city. There are numerous trails to walk here, and you'll often be walking close to livestock out on the fields. For bird watchers, Rosenkällasjön has good facilities.
