Le Cheval Noir – this restaurant in a Logis Hotel has been in and out of favour with us over the years but we decided to try again this year and we were not disappointed. This one is for a bit of a dressy night, forget the prices, enjoy the food, meal out. Clearly they have a new chef in and you’re back to nice linen, attentive service, French speciality dishes and an extensive wine list.

Incontestablement l'adresse la plus gastronomique d'Argenton sur creuse. Ambiance cosy, un brin ringarde mais, si je ne garantis pas toujours le meilleurs accueil, on y mange bien.
