Beautiful park with river / beach like access. Lots of family fun in the summer. Nice walking trail as well.

Great place to enjoy the river with large beach area, restrooms, lots of grass and trails. Watch the rafters float down the river and skip rocks if you can.

This park allows you access to a gentle portion of the South Fork of the American River. Only 15 minute drive from Bear Creek Lodge. It is shallow so kids can swim, wade, float, etc..in a nice park with ample parking. Bring a picnic and make a day of it.

Great place to sit on the beach at the river's edge. Safe place to stick your feet in (yes, it's cold so not for everyone).
