Self-respecting Chinese food enthusiasts know what to look for in a takeaway place. Wing Hua is Chinese takeaway par excellence, which is obvious as soon as you walk in and hear the cooks scrambling, their shouts barely audible over the sizzle of veggies and chicken on the grill. The food here is dirt-cheap. It's not luxurious. But at the end of the month, or when you're just plain hankering for some moo goo gai pan, this is the only place worth ordering from.
