Campus of the University of Vienna - escape the hustle of the city and enjoy some peace inside the many courtyards. Emperor Joseph II had the former General Poorhouse converted into a General Hospital based on the model of the Hôtel Dieu Hospital in Paris. Today, it is a university campus with auditoriums, institutes and eateries.

Not just a brewery, but the old hospital, which is now used as a university building, is full of nice small places to drink and eat outside in the summer, while it has a very cute christmas market in december before christmas.
