Kleines Dorf hoch oben auf dem Berg. Sehr kurvige Auffahrt, die sich jedoch lohnt. Gleich am Ortseingang findet ihr Parkplätze von wo aus eure Tour durch das kleine Dorf zu Fuß beginnt. Alternativ ist auch eine Auffahrt mit der Gondel von Trapani aus möglich, so spart ich euch die kurvige Auffahrt (prüft nur bitte vorher ob die Gondeln auch fahren, bzw. wir können das auch klären).

Ancient Erice can be reached by car, cablecar from Trapani or you can hike up the mountain!

I suggest you to visit the wonderful middle age village of Erice with the castle a magnificent view and many good restaurants (especially Gli Archi di San Carlo or Osteria di Venere). I suggest you to go to the “Maria Gramatico confectionery” (in the main road) to try her magnificent almond’s pastry. Erice it’s accessible by car or by "cable car" from Trapani, with an incredible panorama..
