“So simple and so good!” Located on the 2nd floor of an unnoticed building in the old quarter of Hanoi, is this one-dish restaurant. You get a sizzling pan on a small fire. In the oan there are small bites of fish fillet, marinated in spicy (but not hot) marinade. You get a small bowl of cut dill and spring onions, a plate of rice noodles for every diner, and a dish with chili oil and a dish with peanuts. All you do is throw the vegetables into the pan, with the fish, and at your convenience put the content over the noodles in a small bowl, season with chili oil or/and peanuts, and that's all.
