The beach of the "yellow mountain". A nice place to go for a hike around the mountain and go swimming. The beach itself is very stony. You can even camp here, but usually, when it is warm there are a lot of mosquitos.

If you are staying in Costa del Silencio, Montana Amarilla will definitely appear on your tourist radar! It is not difficult to climb and a couple of trails lead to the top. It will not be a challenge even for those who are not very sportive and the ascend takes about 20 minutes. Beautiful views of the ocean, the island and Costa del Silencio open when you reach the top and on the way. A small beach, accessible by concrete steps, is available for those who love to swim and dive. Close to the beach, a small wooden shed-like bar or "chiringuita".
