Live DJ performs super chill house and lounge music with a Montreal style flare. Great place for a night out on the town for dancing, drinking and good happy vibes with mature crowd inside. Many clubs come and go in Ottawa but Mercury Lounge has been here forever and is considered an icon in the bar scene.

This place has great DJ's and crowd. It usually attracts an older crowd (30s, 40s and up). The downstairs has R&B type DJs.

There are two bars on top of each other, mercury is upstairs. definitely check this place out, not so mainstream like other places in byward market.
