El Chato Ranch is a private reserve that has a wide variety of wildlife and lava tunnels around the site. Among the fauna are giant tortoises, gallinuelas, ducks and not difficult to find frigates taking a natural swim in the lagoon. Turtles and Lava Tunnel. In the upper part of the island giant tortoises can be found wandering freely through the area around the lagoon from the Chato. Gallinuelas, ducks and their habitat are also here, but is not difficult to find frigates taking a swim in the lagoon.

Es un muy buen sitio para ver tortugas en su hábitat natural 💚 También pueden visitar los túneles de lava, y conocer la parte alta de la isla. Yo recomiendo hacer el tour después de llegar a Baltra porque pueden hacerlo en el mismo taxi antes de llegar al Airbnb😊

La reserva natural cuenta con especies endémicas tanto de flora como de fauna, durante el recorrido puede realizar avistamientos de aves terrestres, tortugas galápagos en estado natural cerca de los fangos, pinzones y otras especies, el recorrido puede ser a pie o a caballo mediante un sendero, la calidad de este depende mucho de las condiciones climáticas del lugar. Para llegar a la reserva se recomienda tomar un taxi desde Puerto Ayora por un costo de $20 solo una vía para poder llegar a este lugar también puede ser mediante un paquete turístico a través de una agencia de viajes.
