BBQ is a Texas staple, and Rudy’s is a classic presentation. You order your meat selections and sides at the counter, and it is served to you on a sheet of wax paper. One of our best friends requests to eat “meat on a sheet” every time he visits! Our favorite menu items are the brisket moist and the BBQ baked potatoes. Rudy’s also as a general store where you can purchase t-shirts, BBQ sauce to-go, and other novelties.

Never stop at a gas station that sells BBQ, but always stop at a BBQ restaurant that sells gas. If you're really into the sides then this gets expensive quick, but for a turkey or brisket sandwhich..
