Here you're on the main drag, sipping on a drink and looking at the ocean from across the street. The Thirsty C. has some of the best wait staff, music is great and margaritas out of this world! ($)

Enjoy a ice cold Margareta while a beautiful view of the ocean. Also a great place to watch people since you're right on the main street, Melgar.
