This beach is well known for its traditional houses that adopt garish colours and stripes, better known as Palheiros 🏡 Traditionally it was ochre and black in colour and was used by fishermen and shellfish gatherers to store their work gear. Only more recently has it started to be more in demand to enjoy the summer season. Which inadvertently led to the more festive and pleasant facades 🤩☀️
